Experiences, whether they are real, imagined or watched on TV can affect a person emotionally without them always being aware of it. For me, a prime example is with my latest painting entitled “Stoic”. The young woman portrayed reminded me of the fictional character Sansa Stark and the scene in Game of Thrones when she witnesses the execution of her father Ned Stark. I must have internalized her character’s emotional state. Wow… the power of actors and cinematography!
