Judy Araujo Volkmann showcased her expressive figurative portraits and husband Steve Volkmann played his original music in the 4th annual Long Island City Arts Open Festival 2014.
Judy and Steve welcomed visitors to their LIC studio during the annual Reis open studios weekend event held in May. They introduced their work and shared their creative processes and love of art and music. Steve Volkmann’s new EP “I Never Knew” played as the background music during this event.
